Mains

  • Roast breast of Cornish Turkey with chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets and rich gravy
  • Baked breast of chicken with a leek, stilton and bacon sauce
  • Slow roasted Pork Belly with glazed apple, crackling and Calvados sauce
  • Slow cooked duck leg confit with Madeira sauce
  • Pan fried fillet of Bass with a chunky tomato, light chilli and prawn sauce
  • Roasted butternut squash risotto with shaved Parmesan (v)
  • Vegetable Lasagne with a crispy cheddar topping (v)
