Mains
- Roast breast of Cornish Turkey with chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets and rich gravy
- Baked breast of chicken with a leek, stilton and bacon sauce
- Slow roasted Pork Belly with glazed apple, crackling and Calvados sauce
- Slow cooked duck leg confit with Madeira sauce
- Pan fried fillet of Bass with a chunky tomato, light chilli and prawn sauce
- Roasted butternut squash risotto with shaved Parmesan (v)
- Vegetable Lasagne with a crispy cheddar topping (v)
